Natural Supports Today

Our children and families need a web of support.  Join us as we brainstorm natural supports, discussing who we can ask and how to prepare for success. The second part of our Wellness Wednesdays series includes a panel of amazing women from the Black, Indigenous, Latino cultures as well as a grandparent raising her grandchild.

Our discussion will cover various ideas from specific perspectives:

• Identify areas we could use support
• Brainstorm and map support ideas
• Explore preparation ideas
