Building Resilience While Avoiding Burnout

Melissa Ballard-Batiste will lead a diverse panel to explore practical methods of building resilience and community while living authentically. Together, we will review methods to address mental and physical health, navigate stressors and recognize signs of early burnout.
· Developing practical strategies to address stress
· Learning to identify signs of burnout
· Acknowledging setbacks and resetting focus while wildly celebrating victories
· Using and normalizing self-care
